WHAT:
Benchmarking Billing Performance and Revenue Assurance expert Carlos Javier Cu�
G. joins David Smith, managing director of ABIS and director of Global
Billing Association (GBA), and Laslzo Harsanyl, director of billing and
CRM for MATAV, will present the findings from benchmarking studies
conducted by GBA and Azure at a workshop being held in Rio de Janeiro on
August 22nd. The seminar will outline the practical benefits of
benchmarking and how results can be used to help drive change and
improvement in revenue assurance programs. During a follow-on Round
Table discussion, attendees will have the opportunity to discuss current
problems and potential solutions with the presenters and other
delegates.
As part of his presentation, Azure's Cu� will provide an overview from
Azure's Worldwide Survey of 100 Operators that illustrates key trends
and emerging risks in the revenue assurance field. He also will share
key strategies to help carriers mitigate losses and learn how to
prioritize investments for optimum benefits when considering systems,
business processes or consultancies.
