Comarch, a global business solutions provider and system integrator and Tango Telecom, a leading provider of real-time charging, control and messaging solutions for mobile operators, has announced that 6GMOBILE, a Dutch mobile operator, continues its relationship with Comarch by selecting the Comarch Convergent Billing solution.
The Comarch Convergent Billing which includes Comarch’s real-time Data Processing Server (rtDPS), has been fully integrated with Tango Telecom’s iAX™ Charge SCP to form a world-class convergent solution for the latest entrant to the mobile market in Holland.
This combined solution will enable 6GMOBILE to cost-effectively introduce subscriber, service and customer experience convergence into their network. The system integrates real-time voice and data network technologies and back-office settlement systems to a single charging platform. This reduces both OPEX and CAPEX for the operator whilst simultaneously providing service differentiation. The solution gives 6GMOBILE flexibility for future service development and revenue protection with real-time balances and credit control possibilities.
The Comarch Convergent Billing for 6GMOBILE will extend the functionalities of the existing 6GMOBILE solution implemented by Comarch, which enables offline charging utilising the entire billing process (loading, rating, discounting, invoicing, payment collection, dunning, reporting, offline billing). The additional features provided by the Comarch Convergent Billing solution will add real-time charging, balance management and high availability to the existing platform.
