Originally established in 2004, OSS News Review was started as a weekly news source on the web for the Telecom OSS industry. At the time, the Publisher, Bill Hartzer, worked for CHA Systems, which was later bought by Intec Telecom Systems. After leaving Intec Telecom Systems in 2005, Mr. Hartzer continued publishing OSS News Review on a daily basis.

OSS News Review was purchased by INR Media in 2009, and Mr. Hartzer agreed to stay with the publication as Publisher, and is the current Publisher of OSS News Review.

OSS News Review is committed to providing timely, accurate news and reviews of companies and products in the Telecom OSS (Operations Support Systems) industry.

OSS News Review is owned and operated by INR Media, located in the Dallas, Texas area.
