ACE*COMM Corporation (NASDAQ:ACEC), a global provider of network business intelligence and advanced operations support systems (OSS) solutions, today announced it has signed two contracts, one with Cameroon Telecommunications, the other with B Digital in Australia, to provide elements of its advanced OSS suite. 

The combined value for the new contracts is expected to be approximately US$1.1 million. Project and contract deliverables will take place over the course of the Company’s third and fourth quarters of fiscal year 2006.

Details of the new contracts include:
Cameroon Telecommunications (Camtel), the incumbent telecommunications service provider for Cameroon, will deploy ACE*COMM’s advanced OSS solutions, including the APG service activation and data collection modules, to provide the basis for accurate billing processes and ensure the seamless integration with their BSS/OSS systems. ACE*COMM is partnering with Formula Telecom Solutions (FTS), a global provider of billing and CRM solutions, which will implement its Leap NextGen rating, billing and customer care solution at Camtel.

B Digital, known to its subscribers simply as “B,” resells residential and corporate telecommunications services (mobile, voice, and Internet) to consumers in Australia. B Digital will acquire components of ACE*COMM’s advanced OSS suite, which includes provision for ongoing support.
