Astellia’s solution offers customer & network analytics and KPI trend analysis capabilities, allowing Orange Moldova to understand interactions between 4G mobile devices, data services and network elements. Furthermore, Astellia brings unique end-to-end KPIs to manage the challenges of CS Fallback. This allows Orange Moldova to ensure a seamless handover of voice which is key to a positive customer experience.
