Astellia, leading provider of network and subscriber intelligence for mobile operators, recently announced that its Nova solution has been nominated in the category ‘CEM’ at the telecoms.com awards.
Astellia’s CEM solution provides operators’ marketing and customer service departments with 360° analytical, reporting and investigation capabilities. It is the only CEM solution in the market which allows troubleshooting problems and identifying of the root cause.
The solution consists of 2 applications: Nova Care and Nova Customer Analytics. Nova Care enables customer service departments to treat any customer complaint allowing operators to reduce Average Handling Time (AHT) and increase First Call Resolution (FCR). Nova Customer Analytics helps mobile operators gain a better understanding of customer usage pattern, follow QoE for key customers, detect potential churners as well as guarantee Service Level Agreements for the enterprise market.
