Billing Services Group Limited (AIM: BILL) today announced that it has combined the operation of its subsidiaries and is re-branding the Billing Concepts operating company and the former EDS Interoperator Services GmbH to BSG Clearing Solutions. The new name more accurately reflects the company’s mission of enabling existing and next generation network commerce and its global presence. A new website for all companies, www.bsgclearing.com, will be its sole portal for communicating its comprehensive commerce solutions.
