For the year ended June 30, 2006, the Company recorded revenues of $26.7 million, compared to $20.0 million for fiscal year 2005. The Company had net income and income per fully diluted share of $0.3 million and $0.02, respectively, compared to a net loss and loss per fully diluted share of $6.5 million and $0.44 for fiscal year 2005. Revenues for the fourth quarter 2006 totaled $6.5 million compared to $6.8 million for the same quarter in fiscal year 2005.
