Intec, a global provider of business support systems (BSS) solutions, today announced the selection and implementation of its InterconnecT settlement suite of products by Entel PCS, one of the largest mobile service providers in the Chilean market, to streamline its operational processes across its business, thus improving its time to market and revenue as well as visibility and control. Entel PCS will take advantage of the solution’s availability on low-cost commodity hardware to further lower the cost of its operations.

The selection of Intec’s solution, which in addition to the InterconnecT settlement core, includes InterconnecT Prep for EDR pre-processing, Automated Reconciliation Manager and Financial Manager, will allow the wireless operator to compete more effectively against its competition.
