Clarity, a leading provider of Unified NGOSS Telecommunications Operational Management solutions, recently announced a high-profile presence at TM Forum’s Management World 2010 taking place from May 18th – May 20th in Nice.
Tony Kalcina, Clarity’s Chief Product Officer, has been invited to chair a summit at conference, to discuss how new OSS technologies can create an excellent customer experience.
Tony Kalcina commented: “It’s a privilege to be selected to chair a discussion at one of the TMForum’s most prestigious events. Creating an exceptional customer experience will increasingly become what differentiates one operator from another in the eyes of the customer. Strategies involving a focus on service and customer management mean network utilisation and node capacity monitoring, though important, are not as crucial as understanding the customer’s service experience. This event is ideal for hearing the perspectives of other experts and pushing the envelope of innovation.”
Nik Willetts, CMO of TM Forum said: “We are delighted to have Tony chairing the Customer Experience Summit at Management World. Tony’s involvement will fuel a dynamic and engaging discussion that can tackle some of the most pressing issues facing operators and vendors as we move into the next decade.”
