Clarity International, a supplier of next generation Operational Support Systems (OSS) has won a contract with Indonesia’s 3G Telecom Operator PT Hutchison CP Telecommunications (HCPT) to provide highly scalable real-time provisioning of mobile services.

HCPT anticipates significant growth in subscriber volumes in the next few years and we also needed an OSS that can be easily configured to deploy new services quickly.
