Comarch, a provider of complete IT solutions for telecoms, has finished the implementation of Field Intervention Management solution for Orange Polska, allowing the telecom operator to reduce the costs of network operations and improve the quality of tasks performed by technical staff. With tangible benefits, such as reduction of travel routes by 20% and automation of the work dispatching process, Orange Polska successfully completed a significant part of a Lean Management project in the area of network services.
