In an exciting announcement, Comarch has clinched two prestigious titles at the 2023 Pipeline Innovation Awards. The globally recognized event, which has celebrated groundbreaking technical innovation for over a decade, saw Comarch’s remarkable achievements in the fields of IoT & Connected Devices and Assurance being duly acknowledged.
The Innovation in IoT & Connected Devices category honored Comarch for their exceptional product, Comarch IoT Connect. Additionally, Comarch MTR secured the runner-up position in the Innovation in Assurance category, further cementing the company’s reputation as a trailblazer in the technology industry.
For over ten years, the Pipeline Innovation Awards have stood as the gold standard for recognizing technical innovation. With hundreds of nominations pouring in each year, a select group of semi-finalists vie for honors across more than 30 categories of technical innovation. The entrants must provide extensive evaluation data to substantiate their innovations, which are then assessed objectively across more than 20 facets of technical innovation.
A distinguished panel of technical executives, well-versed in cutting-edge technology and its impact on global connectivity, independently selects the most innovative contenders in each category.
In the Innovation in IoT & Connected Devices category, Comarch’s IoT Connect product stole the show. IoT Connect seamlessly integrates Business Support Systems (BSS) and Operations Support Systems (OSS) functionalities tailored for IoT. The product boasts end-to-end automation, flexibility, and user-friendliness, with additional features for margin calculations, device charge definitions, bill run process review and corrections, and robust business intelligence and graphical reporting. This comprehensive self-service solution reduces reliance on IoT providers, ultimately cutting internal costs and benefiting customers and end-consumers.
In another award category, Innovation in Assurance, Comarch secured the runner-up position with their Comarch Meet the Request (MTR) product. MTR, a cloud-based IT Service Management (ITSM) and Enterprise Service Management (ESM) solution, enables businesses to orchestrate and automate their services effectively. By monitoring data from various sources and presenting it in configurable views and reports, MTR delivers real-time insights into network and equipment operation. Its modules analyze and correlate data, streamlining activation, monitoring, and repair processes within businesses.
