Connectiva Systems Inc., an award-winning provider of revenue and risk management solutions, has told OSS News Review that Videotron, a leader in Canadian Telecommunications, will implement its ONEREViEWTM 5.0 platform.
With Connectiva’s integrated Fraud and Revenue Management platform, Videotron can monitor traffic over its wireless, Internet, and cable services, effectively reverse and prevent revenue leakage and fraud vulnerabilities, and have more visibility and control over its revenue value chain.
Connectiva’s analytics-driven application suite also enables operators like Videotron to offer new services with less risk and realize a better return on investment.
“Connectiva was a logical choice for Videotron because of the options and the flexibility its application offers. With this solution, Videotron will be able to reduce fraud and will enhance the integrity of its billing chain.” said Yanic Brisson, director of revenue assurance at Videotron.
“The first priority for Videotron will be to use ONEREViEW™ 5.0 to combat fraud and revenue leakage effectively, and increase accuracy in billing verification,” said Avi Basu, President and CEO of Connectiva Systems.
But Videotron also needed a solution for its future. To that end, Connectiva’s solution will help Videotron better monetize its quadplay offerings, and to be more efficient, cost effective, and proactive with its Next Generation Network, according to Basu.
“Connectiva offers us an integrated solution that will grow with our next generation services” added Brisson.
