Convergys Corporation (NYSE: CVG), a leader in customer care, human resources, and billing services, announced today it will implement a new financial reporting structure that will be effective with the filing of its 2005 Annual Report on Form 10-K with the Securities and Exchange Commission on March 6, 2006. Convergys will now report financial results for its three segments: Employee Care, Customer Care, and Information Management Group.

Convergys will hold a conference call with financial analysts specifically to discuss segment reporting of Employee Care and Customer Care at 9:00 A.M., Eastern Standard Time, on Tuesday March 7, 2006.  The call will feature Jim Orr, Chairman and CEO, and Earl Shanks, CFO. The call will be available to the general public and then archived on the Internet via a link from the Convergys web site, http://www.convergys.com .  This link will be active through March 14, 2006. Following the call, the Convergys web site will feature several charts showing the progress of its Employee Care business.
