Convergys Corporation (NYSE: CVG), and Orbitel ESP S.A. (an UNE Company) have announced that Orbitel has gone live with Convergys’ Infinys [tm] Business Support System software. Orbitel provides domestic and international long distance voice services, bandwidth via WiMAX, VoIP, and data services in South America, the United States, and Spain.
Convergys Consulting and Professional Services led implementation of the Infinys Rating and Billing and Mediation software modules that are now servicing more than 1.3 million of Orbitel’s direct and indirect customers.
