Billing World and OSS Today magazine established the Best Overall Company Excellence Award to recognize a company that has proven leadership in its respective market and has demonstrated market achievement and innovative product development. The award application required companies to list key clients, recent contract wins, and partnerships. Additionally, the application required companies to address specific implementations and how they met client requirements, challenges, third-party involvement, benchmarks, and implementation times, and how the solution improved the clients’ operations.
