ETI Software Solutions, Inc. (www.etisoftware.com) has recently announced the appointment of Leonard Ray as Vice President, New Business Development. Mr. Ray will leverage his considerable experience, including tenure as president of the FTTH Council, to grow ETI’s business with municipal utilities building Fiber-to-the-Premise (FTTP) networks. He will also be responsible for cultivating relationships with ETI’s many technology partners.

Mr. Ray was most recently Vice President, Business Development with Braselton, Georgia-based Atlantic Engineering Group, where he directed all sales and marketing activities for the broadband infrastructure engineering and construction firm. Prior to that, he was Market Development Manager for Corning Optical Fiber of the New York based Corning Incorporated, where he worked to accelerate the adoption and deployment of deep fiber outside plant material products and technologies.
Mr. Ray continues to serve on the FTTH Council’s Board of Directors, is chairman of its Government Relations Committee and is the author of the FTTH Council’s call for 100 Megabit Nation.

Mr. Ray has an MBA from the University of Phoenix in Las Vegas, Nevada and a BS from the Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta, Georgia.
