Billing solutions provider FTS has improved its position in Gartner’s 2017 Magic Quadrant for Integrated Revenue and Customer Management for CSPs compared to last year. Over the past year, FTS has completed a number of significant new customer acquisitions and deployments in Latin America and Africa, as well as offering new solutions for the FinTech and mobile money sectors and making some substantial product updates.
FTS provides convergent billing, charging and policy control solutions for the telecoms, IoT, MVNO, mobile money and payments processing industries. FTS’ partner management tools support these industries’ growing B2B needs, enabling personalized, multi-partner billing and settlements and rapid on-boarding of new partners.
According to the Gartner report, “[The authoring analysts] rate solutions that provide billing, customer care, rating, charging, pricing, partner relationship management, policy management, mediation, self-service, analytics and other related functions. Target buyers are communications service provider CIOs”.
