On its stand, FTS will be demonstrating its Leap Business Control Engine (LeapTM BCE), delivering a state of the art Business Control Layer. Business Control Layer is a software layer in a service provider’s infrastructure residing between the network/OSS and BSS. It allows providers to dynamically and in real-time adapt network or service behavior, at the customer level, in order to increase revenues and improve customer experience.

Allon Dafner, of FTS Product Management, will be presenting in a panel discussion entitled “Developing Flexible and Scalable IT Architecture to Meet the Demands of Next Generation Service Delivery”. The panel discussion is being held on Monday 4th December at 17:10. In addition, FTS will be co-chairing day 2.

IIR’s Next Generation Billing, Charging and Customer Management conference has been running for the last eight years and has become a key event in the billing calendar. The event attracts a broad range of billing and customer care professionals from across the communications industry.
