On its stand, FTS will be demonstrating its Leap Business Control Engine (LeapTM BCE), delivering a state of the art Business Control Layer. Business Control Layer is a software layer in a service provider’s infrastructure residing between the network/OSS and BSS. It allows providers to dynamically and in real-time adapt network or service behavior, at the customer level, in order to increase revenues and improve customer experience.
