HAUD Systems, an industry leader in spam filtering and revenue assurance for mobile network operators (MNOs), recently announced that it has become a member of the Communications Fraud Control Association (CFCA).
Set up in 1985 in New Jersey, today the CFCA is an international organisation that represents the global concerns posed by fraud for MNOs, ISPs, cable and satellite providers and fraud prevention software developers, amongst others. As part of its ongoing endeavours to combat fraud, the CFCA organises information-sharing sessions and educational workshops that strengthen the Association’s commitment to revenue assurance, loss prevention and fraud control.
Claire Cassar, HAUD Systems’ CEO, states “The HAUD Systems’ team is passionate about protecting operators’ earnings from the effects of fraudulent activity and keeping abreast of the latest developments in today’s highly sensitive fraud sphere. Joining CFCA reinforces our alignment with these two key objectives due to the Association’s commitment to pre-empting new fraud threats whilst nurturing an environment that is conducive to sharing of practices within the industry”.
