Highdeal has recently announced that the Highdeal Transactive(R) software solution has been successfully integrated with the SAP NetWeaver(R) platform and awarded the “Certified for SAP NetWeaver(R)” logo. The “Certified for SAP NetWeaver” status ensures the interoperability of Highdeal Transactive’s pricing and electronic transaction management software with the SAP application suite.
SAP NetWeaver is a comprehensive integration and application platform and provides the foundation for the world-leading suite of SAP business applications. It also allows the integration of best of breed complementary applications, such as Highdeal Transactive, with the existing SAP application suite. SAP can now extend its rich portfolio to deliver turnkey software solutions including the real-time rating, pricing, and balance management capabilities offered by Highdeal.
The certification reinforces the Highdeal’s partnership with SAP and paves the way for new joint business opportunities, particularly in the area of road tolling projects. In addition to the transport sector, Highdeal and SAP plan to expand their footprint in the telecommunications and media markets where Highdeal already has 150 implementations in place.
SAP and Highdeal understand the importance of delivering and supporting integrated solutions that provide unparalleled value to customers as Harald Hinderer, Vice President, Director Industry Business Unit Telecommunications and Media, SAP AG explains:
“With this certification, communications service providers are now offered an attractive value proposition of running Highdeal Transactive’s solution with well-defined integration capabilities to the SAP NetWeaver technology platform and the SAP for Telecommunications application suite. This will eliminate the need for one-off programming and reduce system admin efforts and therefore help drive down the Total Cost of Ownership of the notoriously high-cost area of billing,”
“Highdeal is a perfect complementary solution for our Electronic Toll Collection solution,” said Frank Wernze, Head of the Industry Business Unit Travel and Transportation Services, Industry Lab. “They offer a highly efficient solution for rating with low cost of integration, even for highest performance requirements.”
“We are very excited about the new opportunities and joint projects that the SAP Netweaver certification will enable,” said Christophe Justeau, EVP, Strategic Alliances, Highdeal. “The certification is a continuation of Highdeal’s strategy to form strong technical partnerships with world-class solution providers. Our relationship with SAP leverages Highdeal’s technology leadership in the convergent pricing and rating market and we look forward to building our relationship with SAP in the future.”
