Today Imagicle, leader in software applications for Cisco UC platforms, and VOSS Solutions, industry-leading UC management provider for Cisco HCS and CUCM, announced a global strategic partnership.

The goal of the partnership between Imagicle and VOSS is to broaden and diversify the cloud solution available to the 128 Cisco HCS partners globally, by combining the capabilities of the two organizations. The results will deliver additional application integration, new features, and enhanced solutions to the SME space. The product integration will further streamline HCS deployments by simplifying the onboarding process for the millions of users expected to subscribe to UCaaS-based architectures in the coming years.

VOSS has developed the world’s leading BCOM (business communications operations management) system, chosen by Cisco as the exclusive fulfillment management component of the HCS certified architecture. The VOSS-based CUCDM solution is utilized by over 70% of Cisco HCS partners.

Working together with Cisco HCS Business Unit, Imagicle has developed Advanced Directory Solutions which provide mandatory services (i.e. contact segregation, UDS services included in Imagicle’s ApplicationSuite, along with other must-have UC apps) to support MRA (mobile and remote access) recommended deployments for HCS shared architecture.

By harnessing technology from VOSS and Imagicle, service providers will be able to address the growing demand for UCaaS from midmarket businesses, adopting Cisco HCS as a shared architecture.
