LogiSense Corporation, a global provider of Billing software, services, and solutions to the Telecom, Hosted Communications, Convergent, and Broadband industries has told OSS News Review that their flagship Billing and Usage Rating solution, EngageIP, has been selected by five (5) new leading service providers across multiple verticals including; Cloud, Hosted PBX, Mobile, Defense/Security, and Machine-to-Machine (M2M) markets.
The first is a leading cloud contact center software provider who is bringing the power of the cloud to thousands of customers worldwide and facilitating more than three billion customer interactions annually. The EngageIP Usage Rating solution has been deployed to accommodate high volume usage rating and carrier reconciliation requirements while delivering accurate pre-paid billing, notifications, and taxing.
Two additional deployments included a Cloud-Based Data and Voice Services Provider who chose LogiSense to increase flexibility and automation behind their wholesale hosted PBX solution offering; and an industry leading Hosted Voice and Mobile Provider leveraging an optimal integrated solution of billing, usage rating and taxation with EngageIP.
The fourth deployment contracted illustrates the power, flexibility and agile nature of the EngageIP Usage Rating Solution, which is being utilized by a global leader in interactive and on-demand machine-to-machine (M2M) technology and services. By addressing previous billing challenges of inflexible rating, discounting, and invoicing; EngageIP will streamline operations in order to automate, optimize and simplify billing and usage rating processes; resulting in quicker time-to-market for innovative M2M technology and service offerings and better real time reporting.
LogiSense has also secured a contract with a worldwide leader in defense and security solutions. In this implementation, the EngageIP Usage Rating Engine will once again demonstrate its flexibility as it assists the service provider rate and monetize their emergency notification event services being delivered via phone, recorded message, and/or SMS.
