Neural Technologies Systems Integration Solutions (NTSIS) recently announced that it has won a contract with a mobile service provider in Malaysia for the provision of its “Optimus” Platform. This is the first contract for NTSIS since it was incorporated into the Neural group earlier this month.
The mobile service provider offers data, voice and messaging services to its customers via innovative prepaid, postpaid and broadband plans. For the past 3 years, the company has experienced a tremendous growth to its subscriber base through its market-leading product innovation and value proposition.
The company required a flexible Business Logic Control Platform to centralise its services control workflows to various back-end-systems, and ran a competitive tender which Neural won. The winning solution is Neural Technologies’ Optimus platform, which will consolidate the required processes and create a single, centralised workflow controls that can be used throughout the mobile service provider’s business. The platform will shorten the time to market for new services since the reusable workflows will already be in place. The solution will also reduce the costs associated with change requests to vendors when new services are introduced.
Ang Liang, Chief Executive Officer at NTSIS commented: “The customer was impressed by the efficiency and flexibility of the NTSIS platform. The company is growing rapidly and required a platform that can expand at the same pace as its customer base. We are pleased to be working closely with them to simplify and consolidate their processes on our Optimus platform. In addition to their customer facing systems, I am really pleased to see that the company is also considering using the platform to run internal processes as well. ”
