Neural Technologies has signed four new risk management contracts, adding to its expanding list of telecoms customers.

The company secured a fraud management deal with a leading African mobile operator following a comprehensive tender process. The operator, who recently introduced mobile payment services, selected Neural Technologies as the only vendor able to adequately protect and monitor these types of payments.

On the hosted side, Neural Technologies signed up two new operators – one in Switzerland and one in the UK – to its newly launched MinotaurCloud™ service. Using Neural Technologies’ secure SaaS technology, the operators will initially manage such issues as roaming fraud, bypass and business wholesale fraud, with the long term objective of introducing additional services in the future.

Furthermore, Neural Technologies has extended its contract to provide application risk assessment to one of its long-standing customers based in Ireland, reinforcing the company’s position as an expanding supplier of analytical services.
