OpenSmartflex®ecoBOSS is a dynamic solution specialized in the basic sanitation sector designed for the optimization of the sales and customer care processes, invoicing, collections, work orders, garbage collection routes and final disposal of residues, capable of concentrating different tasks and visualizing customers at a single point by virtue of its convergence and flexibility.
The high integration level of Open’s solution will allow this company of the Grupo Sala to unify the provisioning of the different garbage collection, treatment and disposal of urban residues, improving customer care while at the same time reducing end user claims at this Panamanian Region.
