Oracle (NASDAQ: ORCL) is reporting that more than 140 communications service providers worldwide have selected or extended their contracts with them in the last fiscal year, June 2008 through May 2009.
Several of the latest contracts and contact extensions include:
— Companhia de Telecommunicacoes do Brasil Central (CTBC Telecom) extended licenses for Oracle Communications Service Fulfillment Suite to support its wireline and wireless services for both pre- and post-paid customers.
— SFR Réunion selected a comprehensive suite of Oracle products including Oracle’s Siebel CRM, Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management, Oracle Application Integration Architecture for Communications, Oracle Database and Oracle SOA Suite.
— Tikona Digital Networks selected Oracle Communications Service Delivery to introduce new, converged services.
