The Magic Quadrant Research is a qualitative evaluation of a set of vendors in a specific market, providing a snapshot in time based on the evaluation criteria “Ability to Execute” and “Completeness of Vision”. Furthermore, the respective report contains the rating of solution suites that provide billing, customer care, rating, charging, pricing, partner relationship management, policy management, mediation, self-service, analytics and other functions.

The axis Ability to Execute evaluates IRCM vendors on the quality and efficiency of the processes, systems, methods or procedures that enable their performance to be competitive, efficient and effective, and to positively affect revenue, retention and reputation. The axis Completeness of Vision evaluates the ability to convincingly communicate current and future market direction, innovation, customer needs, and competitive forces, and on how well those statements map to Gartner research positions.
Orga Systems remains Challenger
According to Gartner, Challengers perform well in their selected markets and industries while having a high capability and performance in terms of sales and growth.
