Virtual Voucher: the “Most Innovative Application of Customer Care”

Orga Systems was recognized to be delivering the “Most Innovative Application of Customer Care” by being awarded the 2008 Excellence Awards.

The application awarded was, actually, a joint application of TIM CELULAR S.A. (TIM Brasil) and Orga Systems GmbH. TIM Brasil is the biggest operator in the world to use the Virtual Voucher, which is the first innovative prepaid top-up solution of its kind in Brazil.

*** Ease of implementation;

*** Improvement in fulfillment, assurance or billing processes as a result of this innovation; and

*** Positive impacts on the business.
