Sicap’s Device Management Centre, DMC has been deployed to detect and intelligently set configurations for TG MOTIV subscribers in the Russian Federation.
Telecommunication Group MOTIV can now identify for example the Internet tariff plan of subscribers and send settings accordingly. Sophisticated service differentiation, made possible by sicap’s IMEI/ IMSI identification pairing, is an important means for TG MOTIV to stimulate subscription upgrades and therefore ARPU.

Sicap DMC allows MOTIV to meet the growing demands for Internet settings in the commercial hub of the Ural region. Thanks to automatic device detection, MOTIV can now steer smartphone users entering the network, informing them by SMS of their call centre configuration service.
