Singapore Telecommunications (SingTel) has chosen NetCracker Technology and NEC for a project to transform the comprehensive backend systems for its enterprise customers. The solution will automate and enhance SingTel’s end-to-end service fulfillment processes to enable its Group Enterprise to bring new products and services bundles to the market more swiftly.

SingTel’s Group Enterprise provides fixed-line, mobile and data connectivity services; cloud applications; and enterprise mobility capabilities for SMBs, large enterprises and government customers across Asia.

This new service fulfillment solution will establish a single, centralized network inventory database while bringing together SingTel’s service fulfillment, service assurance and network solution components into a seamless, automated process for resource checking, reservation and service activation.
