Netcracker Technology has been chosen to upgrade and extend its relationship with SmarTone. As part of the agreement, Netcracker will upgrade its leading-edge Revenue Management solution and extend its Systems Integration and Professional Services arrangement with SmarTone.

The upgrade of Netcracker’s Revenue Management solution, which is SmarTone’s primary convergent billing platform, will help the service provider transform its eCommerce business, improve customer experience and futureproof its IT infrastructure. It also marks a major milestone in SmarTone’s objective to leverage a converged rating, charging and billing platform.

With an upgraded Revenue Management solution and an extended Systems Integration and Professional Services agreement, SmarTone can enable more flexible and efficient billing processes. The improved billing solution will also be easier to manage, which will reduce cost and complexity.
