(HITL), the networking arm of the Himachal Futuristic Communication Ltd. (HFCL) a leading telecom operator in Punjab. SunTec’s Retail Billing solution, Transaction Business Management System (TBMS) was installed at HITL eighteen months back.
SunTec’s TBMS offers sophisticated functionality and robust processing combined with infinite scalability, ease of use and fast implementation based on open standards components to deliver the best price/performance and lowest cost of ownership, compared to other products. TBMS is designed with the Oracle Database at the back-end, Application Server in the middle tier and the Browser in the front-end. Parallel processing architecture of the rating engine facilitates high speed pricing of large volume transaction records. APIs are provided in all the engines in TBMS for seamless integration to other applications and database in the service platform.
HITL offers a wide range of services encompassing voice, data and video, via single connectivity using its broadband telecom network, as also mobile telephony based on CDMA technology, to customers.
