Tadiran Telecom, a leader in unified communications announced today the acquisition of EasyRun’s technology and intellectual property. EasyRun’s EPICCenter technology will be integrated into Tadiran Telecom’s Linux-based Unified Communication platform which will be introduced to the market next week.
Since its launch in 1991, EasyRun has provided powerful and intuitive VoIP contact center solutions that can run on legacy or IP-PBX platforms. These solutions allow customers to add a multimedia contact center solution without having to make major changes to their existing telephony infrastructure. EasyRun’s installed base of over 3000 locations worldwide will have the option to join Tadiran’s client base and benefit from a wider range of Unified Communication solutions.

While allowing customers to choose between telephony, email, and chat as contact options, EasyRun’s solutions integrate seamlessly with CRM and easily blend inbound and outbound calls to manage sales campaigns and process customer orders in real-time.
