Innovation Award WINNER: BT (Semantic Toolset)
“Delivering successful complex transformations fast and cost-effectively is instrumental for CSP growth in a recessionary market. Focusing on the planning phase of a Change program, our innovation releases major value by delivering operational excellence faster and cheaper. Our toolset maximizes ROI and reduces migration risk by tracking complex element dependencies, analyzing “what-if” scenarios, helping decision-making with full knowledge of customer impact and avoiding conflicts and inefficiencies by harmoniously/optimally planning parallel migration activities. So by delivering multi-million transformations right-first-time, faster and with significant cost savings, CSPs improve margins and focus earlier their newly-transformed operations on core revenue-generating activities.” Nektarios Georgalas, Corporate ICT Principal Researcher, BT
